Since I’m in a very ugly mood due to personal issues and otherwise, I guess I’ll write for a few minutes. I read in the news today that defense lawyers for Pfc. Lynndie England are pleading her case to lessen her punishment. You most likely remember Lynndie from the Abu Ghraib prison abuse scandal as the chick in all the pictures depicting nekked Iraq prisoners.
Well her crack team of lawyers have come to the conclusion that the little ugly cum guzzler was deprived of oxygen at birth, thus the reason for little Lynndie being so goddamned fuckin stupid. That because she’s so fuckin stupid due to being starved for oxygen at birth, she’s easily talked into shit and not responsible for her actions.
Her lawyer’s are pushing this stupid agenda in the hope that the Man will lessen her time behind bars and shit. Now I wholeheartedly agree that the bitch is stupid, I have no doubts about that at all. But I think she’s stupid simply because she’s stupid, which means that she needs to account for her actions if for nothing else doing stupid shit in front of a camera.
People have talked about what’s the big deal in the first place? All the camera’s show is a bunch of muthafuckers being made to do shit that in most American collages would be considered freshmen hazing. Well the big deal is that it was American servicemen making em do it in an American military prison and because we’re America, we’re supposed to uphold the standard for what’s considered right or wrong.
The Abu Ghraib prison scandal embarrassed the American Military Machine, which doesn’t like being embarrassed one bit. Also even though I personally don’t have a problem with it, President Bush as the chief commanding officer was embarrassed and that’s some shit that they just won’t let fly. So I think the oxygen deprived stupid defense has about as much of a chance as me running a ten-minute mile. If you wanna talk oxygen depravation lets see how little Lynndie does trying to breath around all that pussy she’ll be eating in prison.
And since I’m on the subject of stupid bitches, haven’t we heard enough about Jennifer Wilbanks the runaway bride? I understand wedding day jitters and cold feet and all that good wedding day shit. I even understand bolting from the church at the last minute. It take a brave soul to realize that you’re about to fuck up the rest of your life and pull the pin in front of family and friends.
But to bolt and use a fake kidnapping as your cover is just being an asshole. Then to hear that the chick doesn’t understand all the hoopla and shit as to why what she did is such a big deal just floors me. You faked a kidnapping to avoid getting married you stupid little snatch! When you dialed 911 you set off all kinds of shit and then to find out that you were just making it up to avoid sayin I do’s? Bitch you need to pay some shit or start selling ass to make a bunch of muthafucker’s happy. I’m just sayin is all.

England's plea is only to get less jail time. Intelligence is irrelevant. These Reservists were going to jail the moment they were ordered to soften up the prisoners, either for disobeying orders, or for softening up the prisoners. The latter occurred. It makes no difference if they enjoyed abusing the prisoners. Throw the enlisted Reservists under the bus, convict the low guy on the ladder. The female Reservist General in charge of the jail said she had no control over that part of the prison, and she's been cleared of charges, although I think she got a reprimand. Who was in charge? Army contractors. What a surprise. Someone who will not be prosecuted.
When more comes out about prisoner abuse in Afghanistan, Iraq, Guantanamo, and Uzbekistan jails and a pattern of abuse is shown, will the guilty convictions of the enlisted persons be overturned, and Officers and CIA contractors get charged? I don't think so. As long as the enlisted folks do the dirty work, they do the time. K Sose
Even I know that when you do dumb stupid bad shit, you don't take pictures of it.
Those military people ought to go to prison, even if the only charge the government can come up with is that they were stupid enough to take pictures of the stupid shit they did.
Abusing prisoners of war isn't new, and we aren't the only ones who do it. The Marines routinely beat their own to death in boot camps, and call it training. But we happen to be the only assholes whose military take photographs of said abuse, thus providing an inescapable piece of evidence against ourselves.
Maybe they should have paid more attention to their military history classes; it was the incredible documentation (photography, film, etc) that the Nazis did of their own work that helped incriminate them in the international war courts. You can't argue with 8mm film of bodies being bulldozed.
The hell with the president-I'm embarrassed.. we have people who are not only stupid in our military, but who brag in full colour how stupid they are.

mr. sose is right, of course, but perhaps prisoner abuse is only wrong if one really believes human life has a certain level of value. i would argue that it simply doesn't. at least we don't act like it does. because if we did, we would apply the idea across the board, to everyone. including prisoners. so, maybe prisoner abuse is ok, solely because all humans are incredibly ridiculous and irrelevant creatures whose only recognizable purpose seems to be to annoy the planet?
makes sense to me.

Greg, Can't you see that she's taking a fall for the man? And it's not that Bush didn't like the torture going on.. he ordered it! He just didn't like it geting out.
Were they stupid in taking the pictures, yes, were they being set up just in case it would blow up in the brass' face, yes. Will the brass ever be punished no. Does the Judge realize that English is a stupid little hick who would follow what ever anyone tells her to do, yes. Why? Because that is the type of soldiers that were probably profiled for this kind of a job. How do I know? USA Army Intelligence 1989-1998.
