Well it’s been scientifically proven without a shadow of a doubt that assholes fall from the same tree.

Genealogists have discovered that the always interesting if not always right Rev. Al Sharpton is a descendant of a slave owned by relatives of the late Sen. Strom Thurmond, super-bigot.

In what world could we have ever guessed that the Rev. Al Sharpton’s great-grandfather was owned by Julia Thurmond, whose grandfather was Strom Thurmond's great-great-grandfather?

My many inside sources tell me that when given the news ole Al was one shocked bugged-eyed muthafucker. That’s like the grand wizard of the KKK with the oddly thick lips discovering that he had a black great-grandmother.

Or that Louis Farrakhan was the result of a bit of the ole wood-shedding back in the day. I’m just saying that somewhere Malcolm and Martin and probably Sammy Davis too, are busting their guts laughing at the fuckin irony of it all.

Actually I think Al might want to have some muthafuckers dig a little deeper since it’s a well documented fact that the Thurmond’s weren’t above fuckin the help, slaves or otherwise.

Because of course we all know that Strom Thurmond fathered a biracial daughter, Essie Mae Washington-Williams, whose mother was a housekeeper in the home of Thurmond's parents. Hell, this might even explain some of the righteous anger that Al’s always putting out.
