At what point does the media look to musicians and actors as being so wise and worthy of a serious quote? It’s like when Brad Pitt recently toured Africa, where he witnessed firsthand the devastation of AIDS and poverty on the continent. He bitched that America and the media aren’t doing enough to make a real impact on shit in the impoverished regions of Africa. Here’s another muthafuckin actor that makes more money then half the fuckin countries his movies play in.
Instead of bitchin that America doesn’t do enough why doesn’t he step up to the plate and crack off some of his millions to help out? Maybe now that he’s rumored to be knocking the bottom out of Angelina Jolie, who does give money to various charity’s he’ll shut up and step up if for nothing else to look good to her.

Why isn't America doing enough? Fuck that!
Why isn't their own goddamn government doing enough to help? Fuckers hoard any money coming their way and buy themselves all sorts of nice houses, cars and armies, but the people are starving and dying of all sorts of funky diseases.
Maybe these super intellectual hollywood types need to get together and do a documentary on some of the real facts instead of bitching about how bad things are here.

Stupid comment, but Angelina Jolie is the quintessence of what actors should do.
I feel like an asshole for saying this, but I don't care if Christopher Reeves gave a bunch of shit to research that handicap of his. It took him having to have gotten that handicap and being all fucked up and no longer able to move that he donated all his money to charity. Jolie has nothing wrong w/ her, and gives freely, many times going and doing the charity work herself w/ the workers.

One more thing...America gives more money to Africa than any other nation in the world, of course.
Over the last 17 years more than a TRILLION dollars have been sent there. What has it gotten them? Rwanda, Nigeria, Sudan, Ivory Coast, Zimbabwe, Botswana, all corrupt murderous regimes.....and the children are still dying.
